The Beijing International Coin Exposition has been held since 1995, with 29 editions of the event resulting in a cumulative attendance of one million visits. The most recent Coin Expo was held at the China National Convention Center from 31 October to 2 November 2025. A total of 323 exhibitors from 21 countries and regions participated, with 60 on-site events organized. The physical attendance reached 48,000 visitors, while online visits exceeded 23 million. Total transaction volume was approximately RMB 150 million. In 2025, the Expo set new historical records in the number of exhibitors, events, visitors, and total transaction value.
In addition to the various domestic and international numismatic cultural activities hosted by exhibitors on site, China Golden Coin organized B2B and B2C 'International Premium Product Promotion Events'. These events invited three official mints from Australia (Perth), Austria, and France to promote their premium products and cultural branding directly to the public. For the first time, the company also organized a B2B International Premium Product Promotion Event specifically for domestic authorized retailers, inviting the Perth Mint, Germany’s MDM Coin Company, Liechtenstein's Coin Invest, and others, to introduce new products to business clients. Orders were collected on site via QR codes, with strong interaction and enthusiastic responses; nearly 20 authorized retailers placed orders during the event.
To support exhibitors without online payment collection capabilities, the conference organiser provided POS terminal setup and retail payment collection services for the Perth Mint and Hong Kong’s LPM Group, eliminating the complexities associated with cash payments by visitors. This ensured smooth on-site retail operations for international exhibitors and showcased the most distinctive international numismatic products.
Friendships were strengthened through an international gala dinner. China Golden Coin planned and hosted an international exhibitors’ dinner combined with a traditional Chinese culture appreciation event, attended by more than 70 international exhibitor representatives. While experiencing traditional Chinese culture, the event provided a valuable networking platform for international mints, distributors, and collectors.
