Common Cents Act Advances in the Senate
The US House of Representatives has passed the Common Cents Act (H R 3074), which is legislation designed to support the ongoing phase-out of the one cent coin and establish a national standard for cash transaction rounding. The bill now moves to the Senate for consideration.
