Switching Between Publications
When you'll see this
If you have an active subscription — personally, or through your organisation — to more than one of our publications (Currency News, Cash & Payment News, Coin & Mint News, ID & Secure Document News, Holography & Optical Technology News, or Tax Stamp & Authentication News), you can move between their sites with a single login. This works the same way whether you are an organisation admin or a standard team member.
How to switch
Open the account menu in the top-right corner of any page. If you have access to other titles, a Switch publication section lists each one, marked with that publication's own colour. Selecting a publication takes you straight to its site, already signed in — you do not need to enter your password again.
What happens behind the scenes
Each publication lives on its own domain, so switching briefly redirects you through a one-time sign-in link. That link expires after 60 seconds — if it doesn't complete in time (for example, the browser tab sat idle before you clicked it), just open the account menu and select the publication again.
If a publication doesn't appear in the list
- Only publications you currently have an active subscription to are listed — expired or not-yet-started subscriptions won't appear.
- Switching claims a seat on the target publication just like signing in directly does. If your organisation's subscription to that publication is already at its seat limit, you may not be signed in immediately.
- If you believe you should have access to a publication that isn't listed, contact us using the details at the bottom of any Help Centre page.
