IACA Announces Coin Award Finalists

The International Association of Currency Affairs (IACA)'s Excellence in Currency: Coin Awards were introduced to promote and recognise excellence in coin production, processing, management, distribution, and related activities of the coin community.

The association recently announced the following shortlist of finalists for the upcoming Coin Awards, which were reviewed and scored by the IACA Judging Committee.

• Bank of Mexico and Casa de Moneda Mexico – Commemorative Coins for the 2026 FIFA World Cup
• Monnaie de Paris – Reopening of Notre-Dame €2
• South African Reserve Bank / South African Mint – 50th Anniversary of the 1976 Youth Uprising
• China Banknote Printing & Minting Corporation – Peking Opera Art Series
